Low Carbon Australia and Alleasing are working collaboratively to bring to market an innovative equipment lease financing product – the E3 Lease™. The E3 Lease™ enables Australian businesses to deliver energy efficiency improvements and energy cost savings to existing commercial buildings.

Low Carbon Australia and Alleasing will co-invest to create a funding pool of up to $100 million for businesses to lease equipment such as lighting, ventilation and building management systems.

Low Carbon Australia is an independent company limited by guarantee established by the Australian Government in 2010.  Low Carbon Australia provides financial solutions and advice to Australian business, government and the wider community to encourage action on energy efficiency practices, cost-effective carbon reductions and accreditation for carbon neutral products and organisations.
