Mark Pierce – Head of Treasury
Mark has 25 years of experience working as a senior banker for Westpac, Macquarie Bank, Rabobank and Credit Suisse. His expertise ranges from corporate lending to complex, structured financing. He is able to engage with investors using his deep understanding of credit and banking as well as communicating Alleasing’s financing requirements.

Lara has over 14 years Human Resources experience across a broad range of industry sectors including Finance, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Investment Banking and Engineering. Her exposure to all HR functions and combination of strategic and operational HRM were honed within global organisations in Sydney and London.
Lara’s role at Alleasing is commercially focused, ensuring our people strategies and best practice HR solutions drive business performance.

As Head of Risk Philip’s role is to balance the Risk and Reward of each opportunity resulting in a Win Win outcome for Alleasing and our customers. His area of expertise includes structured and mid-market asset finance, leasing and corporate lending. His exposure to senior leadership roles in front end origination and credit risk make him a strategic thinker, with a track record of growing business through strong client relationships and seamless deal execution.
